What information we collect
When you use the appointment scheduling form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), meeting type, preferred date and time, and a brief reason for meeting (optional). We do not collect this information through any other means.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the booking form is used solely to schedule, confirm, and prepare for your appointment with Sang Jin Yim. It is added to a Google Calendar event associated with Yim Legacy Planning so that both parties receive a confirmation and reminders.
How we do not use your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send personally identifiable information to website analytics tools.
Analytics
This site may use aggregate, non-identifying analytics (such as page views) to understand overall site usage. No analytics tracking ID is currently active; if one is added in the future, it will not be configured to collect personally identifiable information.
Cookies
This site may use minimal, functional cookies necessary for the booking system to operate. It does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Data retention and security
Appointment information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and is stored using industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
